Don’t worry – the process is quick, easy, and doesn’t require any technical knowledge. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to activate your SIM or eSIM with Lyca Mobile.

Activating a Physical SIM Card

1. After receiving your SIM, visit the nearest Lyca Mobile partner store with your ID and SIM card. Store locations: https://www.lycamobile.pl/en/store-locator/

2. Once your registration is complete, insert the SIM into your phone. 

3. Turn on your phone. After a few moments, it should automatically connect to the Lyca Mobile network.

 4. Done! Your SIM will be activated after registration and first connection to the network.

Activating an eSIM

An eSIM is a digital version of the traditional SIM card that does not require physical insertion into your phone. 

1. After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a unique QR code. 

2. Scan the QR code using your phone and follow the on-screen instructions. Important: The QR code is for one-time use only.
