Where the Customer has two active bundles with either inclusive national and/or international minutes, the national minutes will be deducted first from the bundle with the earliest expiry date.

The bundles do not include calls and SMSs to special and Premium numbers as well as MMS services.

Allowances will be deducted from the first plan purchased, if you have purchased more than one plan type with 30days expiry.

From 24/10/2018, any customers who buy one of our bundles (ALL IN ONE S, M, L, XL, XXL,XXXL and To All Ukraine) may be able to use their bundle allowances while roaming in the EU/EEA countries. Customers are advised that there is a maximum usage capping is applied for the data while roaming in the EU/EEA. for the bundle ALL IN ONE (S) limit of 1 GB data, ALL IN ON (M) limit of 3GB data, ALL IN ONE (L) limit of 6.85GB data, ALL IN ONE (XL) 9.6GB data, ALL IN ONE (XXL) 11.55GB data, ALL IN ONE (XXXL) limit of 13.5GB data,To All Ukraine limit of 5.85GB. Once customer used the given EU data allowance the remaining data from the bundle will be charged at 1.65 gr /MB. If, over a 4-month period, your use of EU roaming services is greater than your domestic usage then we will notify you about this and charge you at national PAYG rates. Non-EU countries calls will be charged at standard roaming charges. EU/EEA roaming services are enabled for customers who travel for holidays or short trips and note that the SIM card must be first used (activated) in the home country in order to take advantage of this promotion.

You will be able to activate the same bundle up to 5 times in the same period. All the bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days – ensure that you have sufficient balance to renew the bundle.

Pakistan bundle include 1000 minutes for calls exclusively from Poland to landline and mobile numbers in Pakistan and unlimited calls from Poland to the Pakistan Zong operator. Other usage will be charged at standard rates. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. A customer may have only one plan on their account and may not buy another from the same bundle during the 30 day validity period. Bundle is subject to auto renew after 30 days.
